Extension settings
Go to the Extensions Manager and click the Settings-link of the Entry expiration notification extension.

The fields should all be pretty self-explaining.
On top you’ll find a template for the notification mail that is being sent.
Below you can enter addresses that should be be notified once an entry expires for each weblog. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
To the right you can instruct the extension to close entries once they expire - again - for each weblog. While closing the entries doesn’t make much difference, it’s much easier to spot them in the Control Panel.
Notification and closing of entries work independently, so you can either notify or close or both.
Currently the check for expired entries takes place anytime someone logs into the Control Panel.

So is this compatible with EE 2.x ??

Hi there,
I get the following error when I go the ‘settings’ pane:
Warning: date() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /*modified*/system/extensions/ext.expiration_notification.php on line 298
I’m running EE 1.6.7
Any thoughts on a solution?
Does it affect the add-on itself?
Thanks!
Jorik
